It’s a clever way of saying we aren’t certified trainers. However, if you are working with a trainer, we will join a session, or speak with them, in order to emulate the important training regiment  for your dog. If you do not have a trainer, we are happy to hear from you about what we should do!

At Rain City Dogs, we strive to make our payment process as convenient as possible. We currently accept credit cards and e-transfers for all of our services.

Because we are fully dedicated to you when you book a reservation and will turn away other reservations, our cancellation policy is as follows

4 weeks notice: Full Refund
2 weeks notice. 50% Refund
Less than 2 week: No Refund
