Our Products are sourced and printed from our Printing partners based in the US and Europe. Therefore, it can take on average between 2-4 weeks for the purchased items to reach your doorstep depending on where you are based, and potentially longer due to delays out of our control. Customers outside of North America and Europe can expect longer shipping times. What we can promise is that you will do our best to get you your item, but with no guarantees on timeline for fulfillment, shipping and delivery. We do not refund purchases due to delays in delivery or buyer’s remorse.
The prices we quote do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND/OR DUTIES & TAXES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER. You are personally responsible for paying these fees upon receipt or delivery of the order and are all dependent on the country you live in. Please check with your local Customs Department for more detailed information on how to estimate these additional charges.
All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.
No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. Do not email us the next day asking for a refund because you regret your purchase. All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

Duplicate Order/Payment Declined
When placing an order, your credit card provider may decline the order due to fraud protection, wrong zip code, CVV, or other reasons. Please check your statement for pending transactions before making another attempt. Sometimes the credit card companies will attempt another charge and/or approve the payment.
If this happens and you’re seeing duplicate charges, please email us though we cannot promise that we’ll be able to catch this in time since most of our orders are fulfilled within 24 hrs.
Any issues with your order must be brought up within 4 weeks after your order was made.
Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. If that is unsuccessful, wait a couple of days, ask your neighbors, as sometimes parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or email us. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a return to you in the amount of the incorrect price. We cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by our customer service team in a timely manner. We reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. We will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find an error in pricing.
If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your item(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to our warehouse. If said item(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.
If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, all through payment providers like Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stripe. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted or pricing error is made, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price and/or provide a refund.
