Train Your Best Friend

Because each dog is unique, I do not use one specific kind of reward or training plan.

bad dogI don’t believe that there is one method to train them all, because dogs learn differently. Think of all the different breeds there are, built for different jobs. Now think of how their hard wired breed “jobs” affect their everyday life. It is safe to assume that most Labs would find a quacking duck stuffy way more rewarding than most Basset Hounds would. As well most scent Hounds would find a stinky piece of cheese far more enticing than most Newfies would. I say *most* because there’s always an exception to the rule. For these exact reasons, I have many methods ready to try at any given time, to work your dog the way s/he needs to be worked in order to attain the best results.

My goal is to help as many dogs and their people achieve peace in their lives through a balance of love and leadership.
